At INNERCLUB, all artworks are produced on demand — specifically for you. Once your order is placed, the poster is printed and framed individually. This makes every piece unique, and as such, we do not accept returns or cancellations.
❌ No Right of Withdrawal
According to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are:
"not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer."
Because our posters are printed and framed only after you place your order, they fall under this exception.
✅ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@innerclub.com with:
