By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including the policies referenced here or available via hyperlink.

3. Product Listings & Offers
   All products displayed in our shop are non-binding and intended as an invitation to order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details (especially shipping and email address).

4. Contract Formation
   When you click “Buy Now,” you submit a binding order. A contract is formed once we confirm the order via email or dispatch the product. We reserve a 5-day period to accept your offer.

5. Contract Language & Storage
   The contract language is English. We do not permanently store your order data. You may save or print it before submitting your order.

6. Prices & Shipping
   All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown during checkout. We currently ship within Germany only.

7. Payment Methods
   Payments are processed via Shopify Payments. Supported options include:

8. Delivery & Availability
   Orders are shipped to the address you provide. If delivery fails three times, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

9. Promotional Vouchers
   Promo vouchers are valid only for the time period stated, are not exchangeable for cash, cannot be combined, and must be applied before completing your order.

10. Right of Withdrawal
    You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period: 14 days from the day you (or a third party nominated by you) received the goods.

Consequences: We will refund all payments, including standard shipping, within 14 days via your original payment method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

11. Warranty & Liability
    Statutory warranty rights apply. If a product includes a voluntary warranty, it is described in the product information.

    You may not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose, nor violate any local, national or international laws. You agree not to interfere with site security or transmit harmful code.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or cancel orders if you violate these terms.

13. Account Accuracy
    You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information for all purchases. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders suspected of being placed by resellers or bots.

14. Third-Party Tools & Links
    We may offer access to third-party tools or services. These are provided “as is” and we are not liable for any issues arising from their use.

Links to third-party websites are not endorsements. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

15. Reviews & User Content
    By submitting reviews or other content, you grant us the right to use, publish, or adapt them for marketing. We may remove offensive, unlawful, or misleading content at our discretion.

    We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss related to use of our service.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innerclub, YUJU Products UG, and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your breach of these terms.

    If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

    These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either party. We may terminate or suspend your access for any breach without notice.

20. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
